Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Your request form: travel dates, number of adults, children's ages, mobility or access needs, cities, where you are staying, interests, places you saved, dietary and religious requirements and allergies, pace, budget band, chosen plan and bookings, your name, contact channel and handle or number, email, time zone, and anything you write in the free-text fields.
• Messages: what you send us on Telegram, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk or email, including your location if you choose to share it, and our replies.
• Payment: we never see your card number. PayPal sends us the transaction ID, the payer name and email on the PayPal account, and the amount.
• Technical: IP address, browser type and language, and the time of your request, used to prevent abuse of the form.

Dietary and religious requirements, allergies and access needs are sensitive data. We use them only to plan and book your trip, and only because you give them to us in the form for that purpose.

2. Why we use it

• To build, check and deliver your itinerary and to make reservations in your name (performing our contract with you).
• To message you about your trip and reply to your questions.
• To take payment and keep the transaction records that Korean e-commerce law requires.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the request form (our legitimate interest).
• We do not send marketing unless you ask for it, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

3. Who processes it for us

• Google Cloud (Seoul region) — hosting, database and file storage. Firebase Hosting — serving this website.
• PayPal — payment processing (United States and your local PayPal entity; PayPal's own privacy statement applies to your PayPal account).
• Anthropic (United States) — AI translation of messages and drafting help. Message text and the trip details needed to draft your plan are sent to Anthropic's API; Anthropic does not train on API data.
• Telegram, WhatsApp (Meta) and KakaoTalk — the messaging apps you choose to reach us on; their own policies apply to your account.
• Google Fonts — this site loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Naver and Korea's public business registry — we look up venues there, not you. No data about you is sent to them, except a reservation in your name when we book for you.

Your data may therefore be processed in the Republic of Korea and the United States. We use providers with contractual data-protection commitments for these transfers.

4. How long we keep it

• Trip details and messages: deleted 30 days after your departure date from Korea (or 30 days after our last contact if the trip does not go ahead).
• Transaction records (your name, email, reference number, plan, amount, dates, and any refund or dispute): kept for 5 years as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, then deleted. Records of complaints and their handling are kept for 3 years under the same law.
• Technical logs: up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it (except records we must keep by law), or stop using it. Write to ceo@b4our.com with your reference number; we answer within 10 days. You can also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea (privacy.go.kr) or to the data protection authority where you live.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The request form keeps nothing in your browser beyond the page you are on. Our staff console uses browser storage for its own login only.

7. Children

We plan trips for families, so an adult may tell us children's ages and food needs. We do not collect data from children directly and the form is for adults.

8. Security

Data is stored in an access-controlled database in Google Cloud's Seoul region, transmitted over HTTPS, and reachable only by our staff through an authenticated console. Payment details never touch our servers.
