Planning your Korea trip around a clinic visit — recovery-friendly days, checked in Seoul
You have an appointment in Seoul. We take care of everything around it: where to eat when your face is swollen, which days to keep empty, how far the pharmacy is at 11pm, and what to do with the family while you're at the clinic.

What's different in Korea
We plan around your appointment, we don't arrange it
Korean law requires a registered agency to refer or book medical care for foreign patients, and we are not one. You book the clinic; you tell us the dates and the downtime your clinic advised; we build the trip around that.
Recovery changes what a good day looks like
After many procedures you want shade, short walks, soft mild food and an early night. Standard itineraries assume the opposite. We plan low-walking days near your hotel and keep the first day after the visit empty.
Pharmacies and aftercare logistics
We list 24-hour pharmacies and the nearest ones to your hotel, note which convenience stores stock what, and put the emergency numbers and your clinic's address in Korean on the last page.
Companions need a plan too
If someone is travelling with you, we give them a separate half-day plan for the hours you are at the clinic, within a short ride of it.
What we check for this trip
- Soft, mild and non-spicy dishes at each restaurant, confirmed by phone; porridge (juk) places near your hotel
- Walking minutes kept low on recovery days; taxis noted where subway stairs are the alternative
- 24-hour and late-night pharmacies near your hotel and near the clinic address you give us
- Quiet cafés and parks with shade for gentle afternoons
- For wellness trips: jjimjilbang and spa etiquette, what to bring, and which have private rooms
- Halal, vegetarian or allergy needs handled the same way as on every plan
On top of the standard checks: still open, current hours, takes bookings from abroad, real travel time.

What we don't do
- We do not recommend, introduce, book or take any payment or commission from clinics, hospitals or practitioners.
- We do not give medical advice, translate consent forms, or interpret at appointments.
- We do not handle prescriptions or medication.
Questions
- Can you recommend a clinic?
- No. Under Korean law only registered medical-tourism agencies may refer foreign patients, and we are a trip planner, not one. Book your clinic directly or through a registered agency, then send us the dates.
- What do you need from me?
- The appointment date and time, the clinic's address, and the downtime or restrictions your clinic advised (for example no sun, no sauna, soft food). We plan the rest.
- Is this only for cosmetic procedures?
- No. Dental work, health check-ups, physiotherapy, fertility visits and wellness stays all follow the same logic: quiet days, the right food, the pharmacy, and a plan for the companion.
